The Anointing and the Alignment

“And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; and to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; and to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. ”
2 Peter 1:5-8 KJV

— 1 Sam. 16:13; 2 Pet. 1:5–7; Acts 13:36 (KJV)

In many circles, we treat spiritual grace as a shortcut to success. We fast, pray, and ask for anointing, believing it will automatically produce results. But scripture and real-world results show us a different pattern: anointing without structure leads to disaster.

*"The Anointing does not replace Obedience, Character, Preparation, Diligence, or Discipline. BE RESPONSIBLE."*

Here is why each of these five pillars is non-negotiable:

1. Obedience: Anointing gives power, but obedience gives direction. Power without direction causes destruction.

  1. Character: Anointing brings promotion, but only character can sustain the weight of elevation.
  1. Preparation: Anointing inspires vision, but preparation equips you to handle the assignment when it arrives.
  1. Diligence: Anointing produces momentum, but diligence ensures day-to-day execution.
  1. Discipline: Anointing gives spiritual energy, but discipline gives structure to keep you consistent.

Take responsibility for your growth today.
